· Plan and coordinate production schedules for customers’ orders.
· Monitor order production schedule and identify potential issues, implementing solutions to optimize order delivery
· Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely readiness of customers’ orders.
· Manage documentation, including invoices, packing lists, factory inspection reports, and delivery reports and perform goods receipt in ERP systems.
· Track supplier performance, provide feedback for improvement
· Manage internal customers and attend to their inquiries
· Prepare production costs and benchmark against suppliers identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall production efficiency
· Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management, or equivalent.
· Prior experience in production planning and materials management is preferred. However, candidates with relevant work experience from other fields are also welcome to apply.
· Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Experience working with stakeholders in a global or cross-cultural environment will be an advantage.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems would be preferred.
