  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Ensure product quality and adhere to safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Leadership, Food Safety Protocols, Operations Management, Market Development, Quality Standards, and Process Improvement.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with possible exposure to machinery and high temperatures.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
