- Monitor and promote a safe workplace environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Provide safety training and resources to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a health-related field
- With BOSH / COSH Certification
- Knowledge DOLE standards and safety compliance
- Can conduct toolbox meeting
- Ability to create reports, safety manuals, and conduct safety audits.
- Experience in implementing safety programs, accident/incident investigation, and risk assessments.
