Descrição:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards and quality requirements. This position plays a key role in supervising personnel, maintaining safety, and driving continuous improvement within the production area.


■ Job responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line operators and staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.

Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency to ensure standards are met.

Plan and assign daily tasks and shifts based on production requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and regulations.

Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the production process.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse) to support production goals.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure operational readiness and 5S implementation.

Requisito

5 years of experience specifically with injection molding 

Experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Can analyze injection-related problems

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (Company calendar) 7 am - 430 pm
