The SPV of the Injection Molding Production Department is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in plastic injection molding operations.

• Supervise daily injection molding operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance, mold setup, and material usage.
• Support troubleshooting of molding defects and process issues.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in training and guiding production staff and machine operators.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Lead the entire injection molding production team, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
• Oversee mold changeovers, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
• Analyze production data and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and reporting to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to automation, productivity, and quality enhancement.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

【Must】

• Assistant Manager: Minimum of 3–5 years in injection molding production, with supervisory experience.
• He or she has their own car or motorcycle
• No experience working at a company with a union organization
• Excellent problem-finding ability

【Better】

• Experience working in a mold maker company
• He or she has experience in the NX CAD system.

• 8am to 12pm (Sat)
