  • Supervise daily production activities
  • Make sure targets and quality standards are met
  • Lead and guide production team
  • Monitor output and materials used
  • Work with other departments to fix any issues
  • Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized
  • Train staff for better performance

Requisito

  • Graduate of any technical or engineering course (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a production supervisor
  • Good at leading a team
  • Knows how to handle pressure and solve problems
  • Familiar with safety and production processes
