We are looking for Project Coordinator who is responsible for providing support in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across departments. This role ensures proper coordination among internal teams, stakeholders, and clients while maintaining accurate project documentation, schedules, and performance reports. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in aligning resources, tracking progress, and identifying risks to help ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend client meetings and support the Project Sponsor/Project Manager in preparing project proposals, RFPs, budgets, and cash flows
• Coordinate and manage collaboration among internal teams and cross-functional departments during project execution
• Support scheduling and monitor communication among project stakeholders, both internal and external
• Support in the allocation and coordination of materials and resources required for project execution
• Monitor project task progress and maintain accurate documentation, updates, and reports on critical timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Document and track risk management strategies throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Prepare and report on project metrics, shortfalls, and forecasting

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• With 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar support role
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or equivalent)
