- Monitoring the cost materials, labor costs and other expenses to ensure that they do not exceed budgeted amount.
- Developing and maintaining cost estimates for the projects to ensure that the project will be profitable based on target profit margins.
- Analyzing labor costs by job function and contractor performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Conducting cost analysis on proposal to determine whether the proposed solution is feasible or whether modifications should be made.
- Graduate of Engineering related programs, preferably licensed Engineer.
- With at least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and mining.
- With in depth understanding of cost management, estimating and change controls.
- Willing to work in Cawilan, Tubod, Surigao del Norte.
