Descrição:

  • Analyze project specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations on estimates.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as a project estimator in construction or related industries.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality management, risk assessment, and project coordination; familiarity with design patterns is essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare accurate estimates, manage project costs, assess risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
