Job Role: Project Management Specialist/Lead/Manager

Experience in Banking Domain is must. Good to have worked on KYC (know your customer) projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Development and approval of the implementation strategy – including, but not limited to implementation roadmap creation, setting up of program governance and implementation team, review of policy framework to identify required changes, and to identify functional an technical features of the Project.
• Project preparation – including, but not limited to, developing the technical requirements structuring the project, defining technical standards and operational guidelines, coordination with stakeholders, promoting the project and market sounding.
• Tendering - including, but not limited to, preparation of bid documents, supporting the securing of institutional approvals, supporting during the pre-dib conferences, bid evaluation, negotiations
• Consolidated Quarterly Progress reports
• Bid process management – notes from bid conferences & bid evaluation report
• Procurement Report
• Quarterly Budget reports during implementation phase
• Quarterly performance reports during registration phase
• Project close-out report
• Technical Solution Pilot Test Report
• Project Launch Planning Report
