• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from customer RFQ to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless project implementation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestone charts, and risk assessments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or any related course).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry, with at least 5 years in project management or engineering leadership capacity. Hands-on experience in tooling, mold design, product development, and process validation (PPAP, FAI, DOE).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of injection molding machines, tooling design, mold trials, and material properties.
• Proficient in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and control plan development.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems. Excellent in project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.
• Superior leadership, planning, and communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD-based tools (2D/3D).
• Mentally and physically fit, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and customer orientation.
