  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare reports
  • Resolve technical issues and provide solutions


Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in power plant construction project.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency in project management software.
  • Working Conditions: Fieldwork on construction sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
