- Oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project progress and issues.
- Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in varying weather conditions; potential for overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
