- Oversee project operations and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project updates to management.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Gantt chart creation, Procore software, and understanding of billing processes.
- Working Conditions: Primarily Project site-based with field visits to office as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
