Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from planning to completion, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. They work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. 

• Bachelor's degree in a related field like construction management, engineering, or architecture
• Two or more years of experience in construction, including roles in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision
• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication are essential. 
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM software) is also important
• Effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and the ability to motivate and manage teams
