Descrição do Trabalho

  • Achieving monthly quota and selling the assigned product(s).
  • Deliver a first-rate customer experience by efficiently handling product inquiries and having fundamentally important understanding of the product to facilitate sales conversion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and arranging stocks in the selling area.
  • Operate warehouse duties and receiving deliveries
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to work on a roving schedule.
  • Job Title: Promodiser
  • Educational Qualifications: At least a high school diploma; relevant certifications or training in sales are a plus.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, sales support, and communication; familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, provide sales support, and conduct training sessions.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with opportunities for outside sales; flexible hours may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude towards sales.
  • Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Makati, Mandaluyong, or Cebu
