Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers to introduce products, explain features/benefits, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Conduct live demonstrations or offer samples to showcase product quality and functionality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned display area. Ensure that products are arranged according to brand standards (Planogram).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supervisor to request replenishments, preventing "out-of-stock" scenarios.
• Ensure all items are correctly priced and that promotional signage (sale tags, banners) is clearly visible and up-to-date.
• Provide daily or weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the area supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with store management and fellow retail staff.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, promotion, or as a brand ambassador is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college level is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and basic English.
• Proven ability to influence customer buying decisions and handle objections.
• Ability to stand for long shifts (8+ hours) and occasionally lift or move stock.
• Basic math skills for calculating discounts and tracking sales figures.
• Punctual, reliable, and possesses a clean, groomed appearance following company uniform standards.
