  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and property values.
  • Provide expert advice on property investment and management.
  • Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, real estate, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in property sales or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong store and key account sales skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some client site visits, flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
