- Planning: Create budgets, projections, and business plans
- Analysis: Analyze data to support future growth and development
- Collaboration: Work with other departments and senior leadership
- Communication: Act as a liaison between executive management and operational teams
- Project Management and Monitoring Projects
Position: Assistant Vice President for Operations / Mandaluyong City
Salary Range: 80,000 to 100,000
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 5 year experience as General Manager in Construction or in the same position, mainly in residential construction
- Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Can delegate tasks to right personnel and able to reassess the current project status and prioritize activities
