• Assist tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate lease records.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Track rent payments, security deposits, and operational expenses.
• Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties/units.
• Scheduling property viewings.
• Create and Manage listings, including the advertisements of properties/units through online channels.

• Bachelor's degree in any Business or Property Management courses.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
