Descrição:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Change linens, replenish supplies, and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness, respond to guest requests, and support overall guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance issues and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Assist in providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping team members.

Requisito

  • Preferrably Male
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and a commitment to quality service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, flexible hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, and reliable with a positive attitude.
