Descrição:


  • Handling purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase orders, follow-up and expediting supplier delivery, and maintaining and updating purchasing records.
  • Obtaining approval from management only to proceed with the Purchase Order to the supplier.
  • Issue invoices, quotations, work orders, worker lists, renovation work applications, etc.
  • Handling supplier & customer issue
  • Handling factory annual audit stock take costing
  • Handling office license renewal.
  • Handling general administrative and clerical support including mailing, incoming calls, scanning, faxing, copying, and filling.
  • Produce meeting minutes with the supervisor and team leader
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Handling company vehicle road tax renewal, vehicle insurance renewal, inspection booking, and workshop repair status.
  • Monitoring ADhoc requests from clients and workers. Liaise to arrange upcoming jobs.

Requisito


  • Any degree or diploma in Business, or related education.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • At least 2 years experience in construction, purchasing and importation of goods are most welcomed
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite, Chat GPT
  • Can start ASAP
