1. Receives and process request of materials based on the standard procedures and systems.

2. Provides the required number of suppliers and vendors to ensure the best deal for a specific request.

3. Meets vendors and suppliers, if needed.

4. Reviews invoices for accuracy of billing and payment terms.

5. Maintains vendor files by providing information such as payment policy, contact numbers and services provided.

4. Prepares and releases payment for all confirmed and received items.

5. Inspects purchased products upon delivery and reports issues timely.

1. Graduate of business administration or any related course.

2. With at least two (2) year-experience as purchaser in a RESTAURANT industry.

3. Good at verbal and written communication skills.

4. Computer literate word and spreadsheet application.

5. A team player and with high level of dedication.
