Responsibilities

1. Help oversee every phase of testing and delivery to verify if the product meets the quality standards and deliver on time

2. Create standards and procedures for developers to follow

3. Collect data and keep track of quality metrics

4. Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

5. Test current products and identifying deficiencies

6. Suggest solutions to identified product problems or assist employees in solving work problems

7. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

8. Investigate the causes of non-conforming units and train users to implement solutions

9. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

10. Training other quality members on all inspection processes

11. Perform other duties that may assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering of any related course

2. With a minimum of 2 years working experience related in the applied position

3. With extensive experience with a variety of different testing techniques and QA tools and processes

4. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.

5. With good supervisory and interpersonal skills; Time-management skill

6. Know how to handle people and a team player

7. Great in written and oral communication
