Descrição:

  • Inspect and test raw materials and finished products
  • Monitor food safety and quality during production
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist with audits and corrective actions
  • Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines (SSOPs)

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Food technology
  • Knowledge of food industry standards of FDA and ISO is preferred
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
  • Capable of training and leading all employees on the implementation of quality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
