- Conduct thorough testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute test plans and cases.
- Identify and document defects and work with the development team for resolution.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in quality control and assurance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control methodologies, documentation practices, and data analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct inspections, maintain quality documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office environment; may involve on-site inspections.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
