Descrição:

  • Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
  • Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Monitor risk management activities.
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  • Responsible for document management systems (document control)
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
  • Assured ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  • Evaluates performance and competence of Quality Assurance III and below.

Requisito

  • Education - Industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent.
  • Work Experience - at least 5 years supervisory experience in ISO Standard an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer.
  • Skills   - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database
  • Preferably with manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
