- Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs and budgets
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Prepare interim and final payment applications
- Support contract administration and claims
- Licensed Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (preferably in KSA or GCC)
- Proficient in cost control software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract formats
