Descrição:

  • Conduct cost analysis and financial management of construction projects.
  • Prepare tender documents and contracts.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Assess project risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare financial reports.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost estimation, quality management, and Revit software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost assessments, manage project budgets, and ensure quality standards.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits as required; may involve outdoor exposure.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork ability.
