JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder/ Open for undergraduate
- At least 1 year of work experience in sales
- Experience working in the same industry is an advantage
- Willing to report in Binondo, Manila
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hold weekly meetings to report on sales performance
- Support and negotiate with clients during property transactions
- Advertise and promote real estate listings to attract potential buyers
- Establish competitive pricing strategies for properties
- Draft contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and other necessary document
