  • Guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends.
  • Prepare property listings and marketing materials.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in real estate transactions, telemarketing, house leasing, and second-hand home sales.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with fieldwork to show properties; flexible hours may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
