Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Real Estate Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, property marketing and advertising, negotiating deals, providing market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive interaction with clients and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Pleasing personality.
• Proven track record related to sales & marketing.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a sales position from a reputable company is a big plus.
• A real estate salesperson license is preferred but not required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms and marketing tools.
• This role involves fieldwork, so driving your car to property showings and client meetings is a must.
• Willing to be mentored and undergo training and accreditation.

• Schedule: on call for training and property showings; including weekends.
• Compensation: allowance + commission.
