Descrição:

Location: Manila

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM


We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As a receptionist, you will greet guests, answer incoming calls, manage front-desk activities, and support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
  • Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication

Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
