  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Support the office staff with various organizational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
