  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical, high-volume, and niche roles
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding recruitment progress
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Guide and mentor recruitment associates
  • Share best practices and assist in improving sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at process efficiency and employer branding
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and labor laws
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sourcing, selection, and onboarding practices
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO, technical, and non-technical positions across all levels, from entry-level to managerial roles
  • Support client and account management activities to ensure recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations are met
  • Present and endorse qualified candidates to clients while ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates, providing feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management
