Descrição:

Manage candidate screenings.
Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage job postings and build relationships with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Process of hiring Engineers & Nurses for deployment is a plus.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficient in applicant tracking systems.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with possible remote work options; flexible hours may apply.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
