Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting processes, HRIS systems, and talent acquisition.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct candidate sourcing, manage recruitment allocation, and assist in retention strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator, and demonstrated leadership potential.
