  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting techniques, strong communication, and effective people management skills; computer literate with HR software knowledge.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional remote work; may involve multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic, and adaptable.
