Supervise and lead the recruitment team in achieving manpower targets and deadlines.
Plan, organize, and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus hiring, and community partnerships.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies to attract top talent
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments of candidates as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment data and reports.
Maintain relationships with PESO offices, schools, and other recruitment partners.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company standards and government labor regulations.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment staff.
Prepare periodic recruitment status reports and present updates to management.
