• Sourcing & Sifting.
• Advertise and generate leads for client requirements effectively from different sourcing channels such as free and paid portals, website and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
• Conduct remote or virtual interview with candidates to fulfill open positions.
• Manage clients and candidates effectively.
• Meet or exceed individual target in a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis

1. Minimum of at least 1 year experience in end to end recruitment handling volume hiring, corporate or technical roles
2. Must have experience in doing sourcing from free and paid sourcing platforms and social media such as -Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram etc.
3. Must have experience in working with KPIs, targets, quota or deadlines
4. Candidates residing in provinces are welcome to apply
5. Average verbal and written English communication skills
6. Can effectively and efficiently work with targets and tight deadlines
7. Willing to report in Makati
