- Source and attract talent through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Manage the recruitment process and maintain candidate databases
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
