Descrição:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.

Requisito

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Not ore than 30 years old
  • At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in recruitment software.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers.
