Descrição:

The Recruitment Specialist – Manpower is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role focuses on high-volume and strategic recruitment across various departments, ensuring that staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and other channels.
  • Conduct job postings, resume screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in line with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to hiring managers, including strengths, weaknesses, and salary expectations.
  • Negotiate job offers and support onboarding processes.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment records.
  • Build strong employer branding by maintaining a positive candidate experience and participating in employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for bulk hiring or specialized recruitment needs.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting activities.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
  • Can Do End to End Recruitment Process
  • Knowledgeable in Social Media and Other Professional Networks
  • Ability to prioritize and time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
