Descrição:
- Manage recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Develop HR policies and maintain organizational culture.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment or Internship related HR Recruitment team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; plus know how to edit regarding poster.
- Assist with recruitment; specifically in screening candidates, making a poster, and posting and sourcing.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
