Descrição:

SOURCING CANDIDATES

 

  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. 
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting sources.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Source potential candidates through online databases, job fairs, and other sources.

 

SCREENING AND INTERVIEWING


  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Reviewing resumes, and assessing candidates' skills and experience. 

 

MANAGING AND HIRING

  • Coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. 
  •  Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)

 

DEVELOP RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES

  • Creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and developing strategies to attract top talent. 
  •  Implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified job candidates.


ENSURING COMPLIANCE

  • Adhering to employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. 
  • ·Prepare hiring reports and analyze recruitment trends
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Requisito

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack Overflow
  • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and Indeed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records. 
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
