1. 负责公司核心岗位的人才招聘工作（包括岗位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、候选人沟通及入职流程）;

Job Requirements:
1. 至少2年人力资源从业经验，有半年web3招聘经验优先;
2. 中英文流利，具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与自驱力;
3.本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理等相关专业优先;
4.转正远程，试用期base深圳，；
