Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the business, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a memorable dining experience for every guest. You will lead a team, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of food and service quality. Your leadership will directly contribute to the restaurant’s success and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide top-tier service. Manage team schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve any staffing issues.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including front and back-of-house coordination. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory and Ordering: Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and place orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained. Manage food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring daily sales and revenue. Implement strategies to improve sales and optimize operational costs.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, specials, and initiatives that drive traffic to the restaurant.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints, operational challenges, or staff issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Quality Control: Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently up to standard. Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and service.

Requisito

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations of a restaurant, including front and back-of-house.

Leadership Skills:
