  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Restaurant Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in restaurant management or operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Team player with operations management abilities, computer literacy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and adept in restaurant documentation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
