We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maximize profitability.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in restaurant or retail management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily opening/closing and overall restaurant operations
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards
- Manage inventory, sales reports, and cash handling
- Drive sales strategies, promotions, and customer retention
- Lead, train, and motivate staff while maintaining high service standards
- Prepare schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health protocols, and company policies
