Responsible maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Requisito

Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
Coordinates daily the Front of the House and Back of the House fast food restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Recruit, train, supervise and appraise fast food restaurant personnel.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality.
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety regulations/guidelines.
Promotes the restaurant through various marketing activities.
